Large-Scale Flood Restoration – Venice, Florida

Following Hurricane Debby in August 2024, a significant flooding event impacted Venice, Florida, where 32 units sustained extensive water damage and required immediate professional restoration services. 

ServiceMaster By Glenn’s was brought in to stabilize the property, address the water damage, remove affected materials, and prepare the units for reconstruction.

Just one week after the initial restoration work, the property experienced a second flooding event, requiring our team to return and address the affected areas again before reconstruction could move forward.

Our work included:

Despite experiencing two flooding events within a matter of weeks, ServiceMaster By Glenn’s successfully completed the necessary remediation, stabilization, demolition, drying, cleaning, and sanitization across all 32 units.

Once our restoration work was complete, the affected areas were left clean, stabilized, and prepared for the next phase of reconstruction, allowing the property to move forward with the rebuilding process.
