Recently, a condo located in the Moorings, where a seemingly minor leak turned into a multi-phase project. A compromised drain in a second-floor shower had caused water to travel behind the walls, seeping into a closet and bedroom. Because it was a slow, hidden leak, it had gone undetected resulting in mold growth.
